Study: High Levels of Vitamin D Cut Risk of Colon Cancer

A new article posted on Yahoo News cites a recent research published online by the British Medical Journal that suggests that high levels of vitamin D in the blood appear to be linked to lower risks of colon cancer.
In the study, patients with the highest blood levels of Vitamin D had a nearly 40% lower risk of colorectal cancer in comparison to those with the lowest blood levels.
