If you are interested in taking a Vitamin D supplement, we recommend Clinical D3 from Anabolic Labs, a high potency Vitamin D supplement providing 5,000IU of Vitamin D3. Although the current RDA for Vitamin D is a meager 200IU/day, clinicians are recommending anywhere between 2,000IU and 10,000IU a day depending on daily sunshine exposure to ensure your body gets the levels of Vitamin D necessary for its therapeutic health benefits.
