Aside from the many other health benefits of anti-inflammatory Omega-3 fatty acids, a new study recently published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) shows that omega-3 fatty acids may help protect your body’s cells from aging by slowing down the shortening of telomeres, structures that are a marker of biological aging.
